Walltech Software grants you a license to use this program free of charge with the limitations intact.
By downloading and using this program, you agree to the following terms:

Under this license, you may:
  1. Use this program on one or more machines that you own at a time as long as those copies of the program are in demo mode.
  2. Create as many budgets on one machine that you would like.
  3. Make copies of this program for use or backup purposes.
You cannot:
  1. Sell Budget Ace to other people.
  2. Reverse engineer and/or decompile the program.
  3. Modify, recompile or in any other way change the program without written permission from Brad Wall or Walltech Software.
  4. Redistribute the program without written permission from Brad Wall or Walltech Software.
  5. Give out your own license code to other people.
  6. License more than one machine with the same code... each machine needs their own license.
We (Walltech Software) do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the program.
We (Walltech Software) are not responsible for problems to the user's computer or any type of data loss regarding this program or other programs.
This program is used to track personal information and is not recommended to use this program for the reporting tax information. We (Walltech Software) hold no responsibility for mis-calculations on the part of the user or the program.

*Important notice: Since Budget Ace was written in Java, it is possible to run the program in Linux and Mac. However, Budget Ace was designed for Windows users and has not been fully tested or used on Linux or Mac.
There are certain features that will only work for Windows users only.
If you are using Linux or Mac, please be sure that you use the demo as much as possible before you decide to purchase it. There are no returns on our downloadable software (except where required by law), so please be sure that you want the product before purchasing it.
Since there is no installer, the user will have to manually run the Budget_Ace.jar file.
